How does your signal service work?
You get emails and or/SMS delivered whenever one of our traders find a good opportunity to enter a position(long/short) you get buy price level, stop loss and target as well as recommended trailing (if any).If we feel that you should exit the position at any time during the trade, we send you an exit signal.

Example:
BUY Eur/USD
Above: 1.430000
SL: 1.41500000
TP: 1.44000

Volume:(High, low or very low)
What it means is:
BUY EUR/USD above this price: 1.430000
SL = Put Stop Loss at 1.41500000
TP = Put Take Profit 1.440000

Volume recommended is high means that we recommend you enter on risk level 3% of your equity for this trade
Volume recommended is low means that we recommend you risk only 1% of your equity for this trade.
Volume recommended is Very low means that we recommend you risk only 0.3% of your equity for this trade.
Position sizing is very important for your success in this system. You should absolutely know how much size you should trade so that if a lost happen, you can ONLY loose the minimum equity possible of your capital. Calculate the volume to trade based on the stop loss we send you and your capital.

for exmp: $3000 account can losse only if order was high volume and stop loss we send (3000 * 3/100 = $90)
We recommend you pre calculate the $loss in advance for your account (3%,1% and 0.3%) so when you get the signal you divide the $loss/ pips difference between current price and stop loss to get the volume you will trade.

Do I need a special broker to trade these signals?
No. You can put these signals as trades with any brokers wether they are based off Metatrader platform or other.
Any one with an active or Demo Forex account can use this service.

What pairs do you send signals for ?
We specialize in EUR/USD and EUR/JPY

Why so many volume sizes are traded and what does it mean?
When we see a strong trend and high propability of win, we enter in high volume other wise, we use lower volume(s)

Will I have time to trade your signals after I receive it?
There should be enough time. We do not scalp or use small range trades. Usually our trade are good for 5 hours
Are these signals done by robot or traders?
First, we get many signals from our robot which scans the markets for these currency pairs and then we refine these signals manually and make a determination wether we want to take this opportunity or no.

How can I view your up to date performance?
You can click on live performance and click to be transferred to myfxbook.com which verified our account history and performance.You can view our closed trades and stats


How come your winning Ratio is around 60% only? Many systems offer 80-90%...
We focus on expectency and frankly dont worry about win Ratio.Expectancy, which is a major way of determining the value of a system, is equal to the probability of winning multiplied by the amount won, less the probability of losing multiplied by amount lost. You can have an 80% winning system that actually losses money because 20% of time trades lost wipe out all the winnings and your capital over the long run!!!.You can check our Expectancy Ratio from our live statement as it was measured by myfxbook.com which makes you money over long run with rigid money management

Does your strategy needs specific starting capital?
No, you do not need a specific starting capital. As long as your account equity allows you to risk only 3% per trade, you can follow our signals. Mini and Micro accounts are for smaller equity and standard accounts require more equity.Consult with your broker based on your capital which accounts best fits you

What is your stop loss based on ?
It is based on temprorarily strong support and resistance levels and other propreitary price levels .

How Can I get this service totally free?
If you have an account with FXCM, you are entitled for free service from us. Email: sales@forexprofitable.com and we will send you a form to fill

Can we try it first before we start paying for this service?
Yes, we give you a free subscription to try it for one month totally free. We do not want you to subscribe before you are sure that it meets your objective and trading style.

Do you stand behind your performance?
Absolutely. If one month our performance does not show we make money(verified by myfx), we refund back the month's fees to you automatically. We feel that this is only fair.
How can I pay for your subscription?
You can Pay with credit card (there is a link to pay with credit card in paypal)or from your paypal account if you have one. This does not apply to FXCM customers (no charge).

Can we try it first before we start paying for this service?
Yes, we give you a free subscription to try it for one month, after that you have options to stay and enjoy the service or if you dont find that it meets your objectives, you can cancel.

How do you trade live using the signals?
Our preference is to use only 3% risk for every signal we trade. If for example your account is $1000, 3% risk should be $30 and based on top loss price and current price, you should only trade for example 0.03 of the signal. Some traders however use fixed lot size for every signals to maximize profits.

What if email or SMS gets delayed?
We are not responsible for any delays in servers/ SMS , but we do our best to be as real time as possible. Delays can happen from servers either in sending or recieving ends or phone companies. Please make sure you add our email to your trusted senders so it does not go to spam.

How do I cancel my subscription?
